Galvanic Finishes
IAMET has three fully automated lines for galvanic treatment with precious metals such as gold, palladium, ruthenium, and silver. Each line is specialized for different types of processing:

Line 1: Static, 59 tanks, for glossy and aged treatments.
Line 2: Rotary barrel, 32 tanks, ideal for gold and aged palladium.
Line 3: Mixed (frame, rotary barrel, basket), 249 tanks, coatings on copper, nickel, bronze, and other metals.

Cataphoresis
A coating technology that ensures excellent chemical and mechanical resistance on conductive surfaces (brass, steel, alloys). Our frame-type automatic line includes:

74 tanks, 12 ovens, 20 frame support bars.
Deposits in glossy, semi-glossy, and black versions.

Painting
IAMET offers full customization of colors (RAL, Pantone, or sample-based) and finishes (glossy, matte, metallic, satin, textured). The facility includes:

5 automatic lines (1 conveyor, 4 well-type).
2 high-temperature ovens.

Decorative PVD
The high-vacuum decorative coating is ideal for metallic, ceramic, or plastic materials. It offers high hardness, durability, and a rich color range. IAMET has:

2 continuous PVD production systems installed in 2021.
